You're billed per shipment based on the medication supply prescribed by your provider. Depending on your treatment plan, you may receive a 1-month (1 payment), 2-month (2 payments), or 3-month supply (3 payments). Your provider, who has full prescribing authority, will determine the appropriate supply and dosage for your needs.

Yes, you can upload your valid prescription during enrollment. It must include your name, prescriber’s name, medication details, and prescription date. Screenshots, notes from medspas, or incomplete prescriptions will not be accepted.

No, we do not accept insurance. Payments must be made using other accepted methods.

No, once a prescription is issued, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, future refills can be updated. Plan ahead if you have upcoming travel and contact us for assistance.
