Astra is a telehealth company that provides science-backed weight loss treatments, including compounded Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Sermorelin. Our board-certified providers conduct virtual consultations, and medications are shipped directly to your doorstep.

1️⃣ Enroll – Complete a brief medical questionnaire to help providers determine the best treatment plan. No video call is required. You must upload a valid driver’s license to receive a prescription.

2️⃣ Provider Review – A board-certified provider will review your medical history and prescribe medication if you qualify. If they have questions, they will contact you via the portal.

3️⃣ Get it Delivered – Once approved, your prescription is sent to a partner pharmacy for expedited shipping. Medications typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

No lab work is required. However, we encourage you to consult your primary care physician for routine health screenings.

Astra does not accept insurance but does accept HSA/FSA payments. Financing options, including Klarna, Affirm, and Amazon Pay, may also be available.

You are not automatically charged. When your medication is running low, you will receive email and SMS reminders to log in to your portal and complete a check-in form for a prescription refill.

No. Astra’s licensed medical providers will review your medical history and prescribe the appropriate treatment.

Astra partners with a board-certified provider group to ensure all prescriptions meet medical and regulatory standards.

If a provider determines you are ineligible, you will receive a full refund, and your subscription will be canceled. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Astra offers:

• Semaglutide (active ingredient in Ozempic®/Wegovy®)

• Tirzepatide (active ingredient in Mounjaro®/Zepbound®)

Sermorelin (a peptide therapy for weight loss and anti-aging)

• Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound): Ideal for faster, more significant weight loss (15-26% body weight reduction). It also helps with inflammation, PCOS, and insulin resistance.

• Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy): Effective for steady weight loss (10-15% body weight reduction). Best for those with less than 40 lbs to lose.

Yes! When enrolling, select your current dosage if applicable. Proof of prior prescription may be required. Dosage increases cannot be requested until after your first refill.

Log in to your Astra account dashboard and check the “Upcoming Dates” section. You can initiate a refill a few days before your medication runs out by completing a short check-in form. Refills typically take 7-10 business days to process and deliver.
