About the pharmacy
Where MediVera is and what it makes
MediVera Compounding Pharmacy has compounded prescriptions in Troy, Michigan, north of Detroit, since 1999. It traded as University Compounding Pharmacy until a 2024 rename, with the same owners and team. In spring 2025 it moved into a 56,000-square-foot building at 5225 Crooks Road that it says has multiple ISO 7 cleanrooms.
It is a 503A pharmacy, which means it compounds medication for individual patients against a prescription. It holds PCAB accreditation for sterile, non-sterile and hazardous-drug compounding, and says it tests every batch through third-party labs for potency and sterility.
MediVera says most orders leave within 48 hours of a verified prescription and travel by express delivery, reaching most states in 1 to 2 business days, in insulated cold-chain packaging.
