Terms of Service
Astra Health's Terms of Service govern your use of the try-astra.com website, patient intake, telehealth consultations, and related services. By using the site, you agree to provide accurate health information, follow provider instructions, and use the platform for its intended purpose. The terms describe our role as a technology and care-coordination platform, the independent role of our licensed medical providers, limitations of liability, subscription and billing practices, refund policy, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Please read these terms carefully before starting an intake or subscribing to a treatment program.
Payment and subscriptions: treatment programs are subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically for the same term at the then-current price, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date, unless you cancel before that date. We email you at least 30 days before any change to your price or billing period. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@try-astra.com or messaging your care team in the patient portal; there is no cancellation fee.
