Astra programs are billed monthly or as a one-time multi-month payment and are non-refundable except as outlined. Cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before medication ships to request a refund, minus a cancellation fee. Dispensed compounded and prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded. Consultation fees are refundable only if you are found not to be a clinical candidate before a prescription is written. Approved card refunds are issued within 10 business days. Email support@try-astra.com with the subject line Cancellation Request. Damaged or lost shipments are replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days.
