Through NovoCare® self-pay, the Wegovy® pen is $199 a month for the first two months for new patients (0.25 and 0.5 mg, through December 31, 2026), then $349 a month for 0.25–2.4 mg and $399 for Wegovy® HD 7.2 mg. The Wegovy® pill is $149 (1.5 mg), $199 (4 mg) or $299 (9 and 25 mg) a month.
The commercial insurance savings card excludes government beneficiaries. NovoCare® states that government-insured patients may use the self-pay program if they pay outside their insurance.
