Astra Health treatment programs are subscriptions. You choose a plan length at checkout, pay for that term upfront, and the plan renews automatically for the same term until you cancel. The amount and billing period are shown on each product page and at checkout before you pay.
Compounded Tirzepatide: 12-month plan, $1,416 charged once per year ($118/mo); 6-month plan, $948 charged every 6 months ($158/mo); 3-month plan, $498 charged every 3 months ($166/mo); Monthly plan, $250 charged every month.
NAD+ Injection: Monthly plan, $120 charged every month; 6-month plan, $540 charged every 6 months ($90/mo).
Sermorelin: Monthly plan, $120 charged every month; 6-month plan, $546 charged every 6 months ($91/mo).
Your plan renews automatically for the same term at the then-current price, and the card on file is charged on each renewal date, unless you cancel before that date.
We email you at least 30 days before any change to your price or billing period takes effect. The email explains the new price or period and when it starts; you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancel any time by emailing support@try-astra.com (subject "Cancellation Request") or messaging your care team in the patient portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; your current paid term runs to its end. There is no cancellation fee.
Full refund if a provider does not prescribe. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if no medication has shipped. No refund once medication has been prepared or shipped. Prior payments are not prorated. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming eligibility. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
